Questions?

Here are some of the most common questions I get about working together.

If you don’t see your question listed or are ready to schedule a free consult, contact me.

  • Therapy can be helpful if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or struggling to navigate a challenge on your own. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many of my clients come to therapy because they want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, navigate a life transition, or create meaningful change in their lives.

  • I specialize in working with women navigating pregnancy and postpartum challenges, pelvic pain and painful sex, relationship concerns, self-worth, life transitions, and personal growth.

My approach is rooted in depth therapy, helping clients better understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how they move through the world.

  • The first one to two sessions are focused on getting to know one another and building a foundation for our work together. I'll ask questions about your background, current concerns, relationships, and goals for therapy.

There is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to move at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Yes. I provide online therapy for women across Illinois through a secure telehealth platform. All clients must be physically located in Illinois at the time of their session.

Many clients appreciate the flexibility and convenience of meeting from the comfort of their own home while still receiving high-quality care.

  • At this time, Olive and Sage Wellness is in network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO and United Healthcare PPO insurance plans*.

I also offer self-pay options for clients who prefer to seek care outside the limitations of the insurance system.

*I encourage all clients to contact their insurance company directly to verify their benefits and coverage before beginning therapy.

  • Initial Evaluation Session: $180

    Therapy Session : $170

  • There is no set timeline for therapy. Some clients come to therapy for support through a specific challenge, while others choose to stay longer as they deepen their understanding of themselves, their relationships, and recurring patterns in their lives.

Together, we'll regularly check in about your goals and what feels most helpful for you. Healing doesn't happen on a schedule, and there is no right or wrong pace for growth.
